Early Morning Baker

30 - 40 hours/wk. We are a from scratch, European style bakery.  This position includes making breakfast pastries such as scones, quiches, danishes, cinnamon rolls and morning buns as well as some light prep work and dishes. Shift starts at 3 or 4 am, depending on the day. Some professional baking experience preferred but not necessary if you have some culinary training. This is a physical job so you must be able to lift 50lbs and stand on your feet for long periods of time. Pay based on experience. 

Chocolate Production Assistant:

20 - 30 hours/wk. We are a craft chocolate maker. It takes a lot of step to get from the bean to the bar. Sorting, roasting, winnowing, pouring chocolate into molds, and packaging are all part of this job. This is a physical job so you must be able to lift 50lbs and stand on your feet for long periods of time. Pay based on experience.
