Sjolinds was established in July of 2006 by Tracy Thompson. Tracy is a master baker and chef and was inspired by a reference to a “chocolate house” in a novel. The thought of “drinking chocolates, international gourmet chocolates, and handmade confection” was new and exciting, and was a natural compliment to her existing knowledge and experience. Tracy was soon joined by her husband and children and Sjolinds has been a family business ever since.

The goal of Sjolinds is to provide community space for neighbors, friends, and families to connect with each other. By providing an atmosphere of leisure and high quality we hope that people will find time for comfort, affordable luxury, and camaraderie at Sjolinds Chocolate House.
